The purpose of this study is to analyze the role ethical leadership, teacher capacity building and school culture in implementation character education. This used a mixed method sequential expalanatory survey 252 private junior high schools West Java, known as Boarding Schools, data analysis Co-variant-based SEM approach. results showed that leadership boarding school-based was formed by leadership's awareness values. not yet fully ready accept online-based learning process inter-action limitation system terms efforts achieve objectives school. cultural values developed include local wisdom, orientation science theology. successful education depends on ability, capability contribution individual providing Ethical have significant effectiveness implementing
